“It is sturdy enough to not collapse which means it does protect your shoulder/arm from falling asleep. It isn't overly uncomfortable but I usually out a very thin pillow on top of it for a little added cushion. That's just my preference and I have used it just fine without added cushion with no issues. If there was too much cushion it would definitely be uncomfortably tall so I'm sure that's part of the reason they didn't add more.”

“This wasn't comfortable for me because I move around a lot at night so it wouldn't stay over my arm. It was also uncomfortable. For me It's better to just use a regular pillow over my arm.”
