“I sleep on my side/stomach and always have the one arm that I'm sleeping on. We all know what it's like to wake up because your arms dead. Also I have degenerative disc disease and this is really helping my neck pain. There is no need to pay for the more expensive ones that really don't do arm under the head, this is just perfect!!”
“I am so glad I ordered this pillow. I lay in bed watching TV and usually have to fold a pillow under my head but this one provides great support for my head and neck. If I want to put my arm underneath I don't have to worry about it going numb while I'm laying down”
“Smaller than I thought it would be. Also has a hard piece of plastic running through the whole thing which gives me a headache if I lay on it for too long. Not that comfortable. The soft padding part is not very thick so you feel the hard plastic inside.”
