After several failed attempts with other pillows, this one finally solved my problem. In truth, it's much more firm than I would like but I put a thin, soft pillow on top of it and it's all good.”
“I tried using this, and I'd feel the hard plastic mold under my head. The cushioning is not great. I then put it under a real pillow, but that made my head a bit too high for my liking. “To sum things up regarding my purchase with this pillow: 1) over priced for what I received 2) poor comfort level 3) advertised as a great pillow for couples who love to snuggle during a movie ( giving arm support to the person holding the other ) but it DOES NOT, instead only furthers your arm going to sleep 4) it is almost impossible to find a reasonable priced pillow case and protector beyond how it comes shipped , so it makes it even more ill fitting and awkward 5) can a pillow really break?!? Well, this one can. My husband tried to rearrange the pillow for my head and we heard a snap ! He first thought it was my neck and freaked out. It felt like we were on a weird camera show! So for the very reason it was advertised as "helpful" it became a nooseince and more trouble than it was worth. I tried to get my money back immediately but it only gave me the option to have them resend the same pillow lol Complete waste of time and money. We have resumed me just resting my head in his armpit while watching movies lol * Don't waste your money - in my opinion as I am very unhappy they couldn't atleast offer somesort of real return for my money *”
