“I'm a very surprised that this gets high ratings. I am 5 foot 10 and slender, and I find this lumbar support pillow to be way too large and stiff to provide comfortable support when sleeping. It's like sleeping on a very wide and long speed bump under your back.I actually wake up with more back pain due to this pillow than without it. It creates too much upward pressure on my lower back, where I feel like I am being arched. I end up not sleeping well with it at all.It needs to be a little thinner, and certainly not as long as it is. It takes up too much of the bed. I suppose it may be better for very large people.I would return it, but I already threw out all the packaging.I get better relief from a rolled up towel under my lower back.”
“I tried laying on it lengthwise and horizontally, and after a week decided it wasn't helpful at all. It also doesn't have a peak in the middle as the picture shows, it is pretty flat.”
