“So I got this pillow thinking it would help my back I had been having really bad lower back pain for like 2 months and was willing to try anything. “I have severe sciatic down my left leg where I can barely get up. It happens maybe once a year. There was no smell to this when I opened it so didn't let it air out long and put it right to use. It seems to help if I sleep on my back but i still feel pain from the sciatica which was worse then usual this time so could just be me. However using this to side sleep or lay on my side did wonders to stop the pain. Not sure how long it will last but when the pains that bad 20$ is no biggy.”
