“I have had long term lower back and mid back problems and had no problem using this product. The pad never smelled. It was not too hard, too soft, or too high. It made my back feel much better as the middle of my back was no longer sagging into the bed. I slept more comfortably. It helped reduce the weight on my shoulders, oddly enough, reducing my shoulder pain. I would recommend this product.”

“I bought this while in the throes of some horrible back sprain that made it excruciating to move around. I was a little skeptical because the slope looks so slight but it is really very helpful for relieving pain and feels great. The material is firm and doesn't lose its shape. The cover is removable for washing, and I also put a pillowcase over it. A standard pillowcase will fit just fine, if a tiny bit short. Now that I'm feeling better I like to use this to decompress my back and as a firm pillow between the knees.”
