“I bought this to help relieve my low back and sciatica pain. It does help, but I'm still trying to find that sweet spot. I like to lay on my side so I put this pillow underneath my waist. It takes awhile to get used to but it does bring down my level of pain.”
“I sleep with a pillow under my knees to release back pain, however this was causing me knee pain. I switch to this in the hopes that I could sleep without pain in my back and my knees. It seems to be working.Remember that this It is memory foam so if sensitive it will need to be aired out for several days prior to first use. I'm not sure why no-one sells memory foam products pre-aired out. I would pay for that.”
“I've been trying to train myself to sleep on my back for a few months to help with some back and hip pain. At first I just had a pillow under my knees and I couldn't get settled. Then I used a feather pillow under my low back, and that helped but it would get squished into lumps, which didn't help. Now this is just the right size, shape and firmness that I forget that there's a pillow under me and I think I'm just enjoying my nice mattress. If you're trying to sleep on your back, I would highly recommend one of these pillows.”
“The pillow itself seems fine and may be appropriate for others, but when I used it as an under-knee pillow as a back sleeper it resulted in knee pain, which receded a couple of days after removing the pillow. I think a larger/taller pillow is needed for that use case. For side sleepers, this may be fine.”
“I ordered this rectangle wedge pillow to use as back support for my lower back bulging disc. I needed something to level out my mattress and relieve the pain I was having for sleeping on my memory mattress. This works very well.”
