“I bought this for my office desk chair after suffering from some back pain. I don't have great posture when sitting and wanted to invest in a quality pillow to support my back while I'm working. Unfortunately, this did not help at all. I think it's too small and narrow for an average office chair (I'm average size as well; about 5'4). It doesn't even touch my back when I'm sitting so it's pretty useless. The quality seems to be good though but you have to have the right chair (probably a dining chair) for it to do anything.”
“First, the strap is an elastic band that can't be separated, so you won't be able to secure it to any wide chairs such as a wheelchair. You'll be constantly adjusting it every time you sit down.Second, the foam gets squashed and becomes hard and uncomfortable after a few minutes.”

“This appears to be very well made with good quality materials. However, it is too thick for my needs. I needed a lumbar support pillow for chair and sofa while reading and watching TV. When I had it in position, it pushed me too far out from the back of the chair and sofa. For anyone using the straps, say for an office chair, it's nice that strap extensions are provided.”
