“I dislike this back support pillow because it moves around, and every time I get up I have to fidget with it, hence rendering it semi-useless. Basically, the one adjustable strap that comes with it does not enable the pillow to stay in place. I honestly consider the adjustable strap (locking mechanism) to be a major flaw in its design, because it does not provide the ability to properly set the pillow in place. Each time I get up from the chair that I have installed it on, I spend time readjusting it, I mean eternally fidgeting with it, but I never seem to land a comfortable placement. Perhaps they should sell different models for there are many different types office chairs, and not all them are the same.I personally bought this pillow with the intention of obtaining a better back support while sitting on my office chair, unfortunately, I have not found such comfort yet.**REVIEW UPDATE: I'm going to bump the overall rating of the product to four stars, because the seller lived up to his claim of, "Customer satisfaction is our top priority, money back guarantee if you are not satisfied."I will try to update this review as soon as possible with photos of why the product didn't work for me and my chair.However, I think if the manufacturer just needs to polish this product for it to be compatible with different types of chairs, perhaps offering several models, just some food for thought.”
“I am a woman of average stature. I bought this to help support my back while driving. Around town it was ok, but when we took a long trip I found that my back started to hurt a lot on the sides where my kidneys are. The curve in the center was ok but the sides pushed into my kidneys. I may take it apart and see if I can lessen the side contours since I missed the cutoff date to return it. Also the strap to secure it to the seat did not do well around a car seat back. I would not recommend this for back support for long periods.”
“I wish the top part of the pillow was thinner. Its so uncomfortable as the upper portion is thick and does not gradually thin towards the chair to make it natural and comfortable.”

“I can now get out of my recliner without lower back pain. The strap extensions allowed the top strap to reach around a Big Man recliner and hold the support firmly in place.
