“this is made of memory foam that isn't quite firm enough, when you have your back against it it squishes and doesn't provide much support. It needs to either be double in thickness or just needs to be made of foam that is more firm. Otherwise it's a good shape and size. Not bad though.”

I have degenerative disk disease and after physical therapy last year I have been careful with movement and bending.But recently I needed extra help with sitting while watching TV. “I bought this because the price was significantly less than competitor options. I was having severe arm, leg and back pain from sitting long hours in my home office chair during COVID shelter in place times. The back pillow is really thick, has great depth. It was too much for my chair and was pushing me forward a bit too much. I'm 5 feet 7 inches tall, and just found the support to not be a good fit for my body. I'm guessing that a shorter person may find it helpful.”
