“I bought this because the price was significantly less than competitor options. I was having severe arm, leg and back pain from sitting long hours in my home office chair during COVID shelter in place times. The back pillow is really thick, has great depth. It was too much for my chair and was pushing me forward a bit too much. I'm 5 feet 7 inches tall, and just found the support to not be a good fit for my body. I'm guessing that a shorter person may find it helpful.”

I've been using it for a few days and if anything, it's making my back pain worse. It is bulky and even though the straps are secured, it does inch it's way up my seat (which is really annoying). I will be returning and getting a refund. I really wanted to love this product :(”
