“The ComfiLife Memory Foam Lumbar Pillow is, so far, exactly what I hoped for. I rarely find a chair or a car seat that provides me with enough lumbar support where I need it (which I blame on the fact that I'm only 5'2"; most lumbar pillows are too big for me, and most built-in support is too high up). This pillow is firm yet squishy enough to "give" where you need it to, so it works well in different types of situations. It allows me to comfortably use chairs that I ordinarily consider to be too large, and it also works great in my car--so I may need to break down and buy a second one, so I don't have to drag it between house and car. The placement of the logo clearly identifies front/back/up/down, which is actually kind of helpful--but you can turn it around and use it other ways if you want to. It's flexible but not floppy, and as long as it maintains its memory foam integrity, I'll continue to be one happy customer.”

“I tried to use this on my office chair, but it is so thick that it forces me to sit so far forward that it was uncomfortable and made my back more sore, even after adjusting the seat several inches forward. I went back to using my round cushion that has to be positioned every time I sit down. Not sure what type of chair this would work with, but it would need an extremely deep seat.”
“When I went to pull the strap around the chair, the buckle immediately snapped off. I contacted the manufacturer over a month ago with no response. I registered it for the warranty before even installing it. There is no warranty if you can't get ahold of someone!Updated 4/29 I was contacted after writing this review and told that my email was stuck in spam and that they would send me a new one.Updated 5/6 I have contacted them twice now and if not heard when or if they actually plan on shipping the replacement. Very unresponsive customer service team.”
