“Using this in my car and WOW what a difference it makes on my back. The headrests in cars are designed to protect you - and more importantly the car manufacturer - from neck injuries from a crash. They are NOT designed to protect your neck from unnatural painful forward-head position, forced there for hours, day after day, for years of driving. This pillow allows you to angle the seat back enough so that the headrest is not preventing you from sitting up straight, with your spine straight all the way through your neck. I have mine positioned just below my shoulder blades and it's so comfortable I don't want to get out of the car. It's an excellent product. Doesn't lose shape or firmness over time - it's not memory foam.”
“To be fair this review is based on 2 days of use. I spend 8 hours a day sitting in front of a computer for work and I bought this because I've recently started having lower back pain. Like I mentioned, I've only used this support cushion for 2 days but for these past 2 days I haven't had much pain.Pros: Does what it's supposed to, my lower back pain is much better. Soft and comfortable cushion. Fits on my chair since the strap is adjustable and stretches.Cons: Like some people mentioned the cushion does have a strong chemical odor, which memory foam sometimes can. I aired it out for a few hours outside, which reduced the odor but it's still there. It isn't a big issue with me but may bother people that are sensitive to smells. My one concern about this cushion is that since the band is stretchy, I am wondering if it will become loose after time and lose elasticity.Overall: Comfortable cushion that's relieved my lower back pain for the time I've spent using it. Does have a strong chemical odor that can be reduced by airing out.”
“Comfortable, but just slightly too wide for my car seat. This causes the cushion to shift a little more than if it was nestled in well. Also boasts a "breathable" mesh, but I guess I'm wrong when I associate that to reducing heat? My back is noticeably warmer wherever the cushion is positioned.I own a 2018 Hyundai Elantra.”
“I only have had the cushions for a week or so and use them on a cushy chair. I don't have back problems, however, I bought the cushions to support better posture when working on my computer and will use both the back cushion and the seat cushion when driving as well. So far, so good! I think I saw reviews about the seat cushion becoming flat. Time will tell. I do feel the back cushion does help with proper back support. Hope this helps!”

“I have a congenital deformity in my coccyx, in which my muscles are shortened in my lower back than normal-forming bone to muscles. It causes me great pain... and over time I've developed a sciatic nerve issue. I am a total "Office" worker... basically sit on my butt for 9 hours a day. “OMG! This back support is fabulous. I bought it to use at work and then decided to order two so I'd have one at home also. It is so comfortable. I love the firmness yet it isn't hard.
