“My lower back pain began from being on my feet/lifting too much 50 hours a week. I thought starting my doctorate program and sitting for the same amount of time per week would fix my pain... not at all. Worse perhaps! I bought the back & seat cushion to help with support and relieve pressure off my sacrum. I like the elastic straps that help hold it in place, so I don't need to adjust all day. It does get fairly hot, especially now in the summer, and holds on to sweat and dander.
