“Bought this with the seat cushion since I sit alot for work in office chair. This is well made and has extra strap extensions for wide chairs. For me, it was comfortable for about an hour then had to remove it. I found with the seat cushion combo it pushed me too far forward on the chair. My wife tried it - same for her. I think for flat back chairs it would work well as a reminder to keep posture up in a chair.”
