Getting use to where and when to use it.Okay, it has been about 4 months now and husband loves this cushion, We each ordered one and he has appropriated mine as well as his. He uses one on his heavy equipment (backhoe and dozer) seats. Easy to transfer to whichever one he is using at the time. He took mine to use on the riding lawn mover and the little garden tractor. They provide the comfort necessary to relieve prostate pressure when operating the machines for any length of time. We understand the cushion was meant more for back issues but the tilting position made a lot of difference for how he sits. He is very pleased.”

“I am a true believer in this product! I have had terrible coccyx pain for months. I got on TRAKK to browse for any items that may help with the pain. I came across this option. I ordered it. Started using it while watching TV in the evenings. Within 2 days my low back pain was gone!! I think this cushion corrects or at least helps with poor posture and sitting positions so that you aren't putting undue pressure on areas of the spine. I ordered a second one to keep in my car. The height of the cushion pushes my head way up under the visor. I'm still going to use it in the car for a while to see it will work for travel, because it feels so great. “I've been using this for about a year and half around 8 hours every day. It's extremely durable as it feels exactly the same today as it did on day one. My urologist recommended something like this to relieve pain in my pelvic region. For this reason, and because I am a dude, I actually sit on it backwards from the product pictures. It's extremely uncomfortable to use it as pictured, as the hump presses up into my boys and makes my problem worse. However, even when used backwards, it does a great job of relieving the nerve pain. But the downside is that it doesn't contour to my bottom quite as well as intended, so it's not super comfortable. Since eliminating pain is the most important thing to me, I put up with it, but I'm looking for something different when I upgrade my work from home setup soon.”
