The cushion is hard and unyielding, it smells funny, and it is too short from front to back. I hate this product and I would not recommend it to an enemy. It actually makes my hip hurt worse than the regular seat of my office chair.”
“I was looking for something to make sitting for hours a day more comfortable. This cushion is not it. I can, however, see how it would potentially help alleviate coccyx pain and maybe sciatica. But make no mistake, the cushion is hard--it is memory foam, but it is hard, very very firm memory foam. It is not comfortable to sit on. And it flattened out pretty quickly for me. I can't really see this being of value to anyone unless they are pretty light (like 150 lb max) but I guess it helps some people. I boxed it up and returned it about 2 hours after it arrived though.”
“I've had lower back pain with radiation into my hips and butt for years. I have done PT, Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture, Anti-inflammatories, herbs and even saw an Orthopedic Surgeon who recommended surgery. I bought this cushion and within 1 week of sitting on it at a job for 8 hours a day, I feel like a new person. It has not cured me, but my overall pain level is 80% improved, I can walk at least 50% longer without my feet falling asleep and I am hopeful for the future. “This memory foam and thickness is soft enough to sit on all day without discomfort, yet firm enough to support my body and feel stable. This replaced two seat cushions that I layered on top of each other that had flattened out and were painful. This cushion keeps its shape and I expect it to last at least a year if not a few years. The perfect sitting solution for me. It can also be used as a seated meditation cushion.”

“I have only used it for a couple days, however it has greatly reduced my pain with sitting. I have used it on the couch, in the car, at church and even in a camp chair - all with no - or greatly reduced pain I ordered both this one and Travel Mate Gel Enhanced Cushion. This one is more cushy and has a slightly larger opening for your Coccyx - I hope the memory foam holds up - time will tell. I plan to order another one to leave at work if I still feel the same way in a couple weeks. There was a slight order but it was gone in a few hours of being unpackaged. Customer Service seems amazing as I have already received 2 emails from the company to answer questions or see if I was having any issues. It arrived as promised and in perfect condition.”
