“I love that this cushion means that you don't have to shell out for a super expensive chair, you can keep a more affordable (and prettier) chair for longer, and give the seat protection from wear and tear. the foam itself is very supportive, and allows me to comfortably work from home.If you are sitting for 8 hours a day, it won't stop you getting uncomfortable, wanting to adjust, or some sitting-related aches or pains. The important thing is not to stay sedentary all day - move around each hour and this cushion will serve you well when you are sat down.”

Well, it has been 4 days, and I sat in it for a couple hours the other day, and I sat in it every day since I got it, and I found myself in way worse pain in my back and shoulders after getting up out of the chair. “I was expecting something more like a gel pad and this is definitely not really very soft. It is too high and firm on the front edge and tends to cut off the circulation in my legs after sitting for awhile. It would belp if my seat was a bit lower, but i have it on the lowest setting. It is definitely better than the rather hard surface of my office chair, but I am disappointed it was not softer. I also would prefer a darker color that would not show stains if coffee or something should get spilled on it.”
