Oh wow, the difference a seat cushion makes. I had bad back pain from sitting in an old desk chair, it was pretty but solid oak. So my butt, back, and legs hurt every time I sat in the dang thing. I bought this and wow my lower back/butt does not hurt anymore, my legs do but I think its more the fact I'm 6'0 and the desk I sit at isn't adjusted for my height. This pillow is amazing and I plan to order one for work. I highly recommend this cusion!

Overall, I like the product although I do have a few personal issues. After sitting in my office chair for a couple of hours, I can decidedly tell that the cushion has compressed. I don't know if it rated for a particular weight range or not. (I am currently weighing in at about 270#). Also, I wish it was a tad longer. I am a pretty tall guy (6'2") with long legs and the cushion does not reach the end of my office chair which is creating pressure about mid thigh.

So far it's working. It does provide support and to a certain degree eases my pain. Only had for a week, but so far has maintained it support and shape. I would buy again.

I made this purchase a while ago and had not qualified. It remains firm after a couple of years I made the purchase, it gives height, but my office chair is wide and this causes me to constantly accommodate it, but as I mentioned, it only gave me height, it did not help me in my sitting posture, I which is something that I have not corrected, I admit it.

I bought this cushion in preparation for a transatlantic flight to Europe. It did not disappoint. Over 5,000 miles one way and my back & buttocks were still comfortable. Who knew that one layer of memory foam in the right shape could make so much difference! I thought the cushion was a little pricey but I am glad I made the investment. I have used it in my car as well. The only down side I have noted is that sometimes depending on the seat you are using it on...it may apply more pressure on the backs of your legs than was comfortable for me. I coped with this in the car by tilting the car seat a little to ease the pressure and on the plane by scooting the cushion forward just a little. All in all, this was a great buy. If you use it for air travel; remember to wear your compression socks.

It won't help your sciatica. Get a foam roller. It really isn't even big enough for your thighs or buttox to fit in and just cuts off circulation like your car seat would where your body hangs over the edges. They refunded my money in full. Props for that

The Comfilife seat cushion has relieved some pressure off of my coccyx. The memory foam is holding its shape. It appears to be a well constructed pillow. I'm pleased so far with this purchase.

I worked an internship this summer at a desk job and y'all... my butt has never hurt so badly going from being active in my everyday life to sitting for 40 hours a week. It sounds so weird but it was unbearable. This made all the difference. It's big enough to move around on it and have room. It doesn't sink like a pancake but it does give a decent amount. When I put it in my car (a small toyota corolla) its a bit too much extra height for everyday driving, but I definitely use it for long car rides.
