very comfortable to sit for long periods of time. have been using to just three days now. I can see an improvement in lower back fatigue. will post a detailed reply after a month of usage.Second review: This is review after week two of usage. The cushion holds its shape very well and provides good support for lower back and your seating area. You dont get fatigued if you sit for a long period of time. The additional grip at the bottom of the product enables good grip on any office, home use chair, car seat. I would strongly recommend this for office professionals, people who are on the road for a long period of time. Thanks ComfiLife.

This is has been so helpful with my back pain. I used to get sharp shooting pains up my spine when I sat for too long. To properly use this: make sure the U shaped part of the cushion is close to the backrest of the chair. The embroidered ComfortLife words should be at the front of the chair closer to your knees. It took me a while to get used to it at first. I sit for long hours at my desk and this has been very helpful. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a seat cushion to help me when my sciatica acts up in my left leg for wherever I sit. This cushion does the job for me since it does put pressure on my left thigh where my sciatica acts up but if you want move coverage of your seating area to cover your thighs as well this isn't the cushion for you. Works great for me though! Thanks for having this product available for those who need it.

I'm an entrepreneur. I'm also partially disabled and suffer from daily chronic pain. Having to spend most of my day confined to a chair means hip and tailbone pain all day, every day. I've tried heat/cold packs, using pillows, etc. but nothing worked. I stumbled upon this product during another sleepless night and figured I'd give it a try for $35. BEST INVESTMENT EVER! INSTANT relief. I'm able to get work done all day without significant pain (I still have some discomfort, but that's to be expected). I'm very grateful for this product. I've only had it about two weeks, so I can't speak on the overall durability yet, but it's doing what I need it do right now, and I'm happy with that.

Love the ComfiLife. I was deliberating between this and similar brands but decided to go with this one because it's a lighter color and because of its lifetime warranty. I bought it for my pregnancy tailbone aches, and it really really helped. Beats the donut cushion because it allows me to sit comfortably flushed against my office chair, and also on the plane. Which is where unfortunately I left it, and why some dishonest air stewardess is now enjoying it. Had to order another, but didn't think twice about getting this same cushion again. Only complaint is it gets pretty warm in temperate weather.

So, I broke and displaced my sacrum and coccyx about 7 years ago. After many different treatments, they best I can do is sitting in pain for around 20 minutes before my leg and pelvic floor go numb. I have tried MANY different cushions over the years, and this cushion is the only one I've found that works and LASTS. The shape and cut out of the cushion allows for pressure relief on the coccyx, which prevents my nerves from getting pinched. I've actually used the same cushion for 5 years and it's still going strong. I just keep buying more so I don't have to carry it back in forth from my car to work and home. I've let pregnant friends borrow one and they all end up buying their own as well. I can't stop recommending this cushion, it's a life saver!

I purchased this cushion after recovering from a pilonidal cyst (tailbone cyst), and I liked it so much I just purchased another! I have one in the car and one at my home office. This cushion is very comfortable and supportive and alleviates stress to the tailbone area. It is more supportive than the "Vertebraid BASF Memory Foam Coccyx Seat Cushion," which I also purchased. I have a fairly small frame (5"4, 115 pounds) and I was worried it would be too big, but it works great for both home and car seating.

The cushion seemed okay at first. It passed the eye test as it just looked like a cheaper alternative to the everlasting comfort cushions but I now realize that it's much cheaper because it's much thinnerI don't know if it's actually thinner when fully fluffed up and expanded or if the cushion is just softer and compresses quicker but either way if you're a big guy (or gal) like me who weighs over 300 lbs (and I'm barely over that mark) you're not going to get much out of this as your butt is just going to flatten it out the second you sit down.I know skinny people need pain relief too so this is probably perfect in that situation so I'm going to leave it at around 3* - just know that this is not a “one-size-fits-all' type of product. If you're a large person you will want to buy a better/bigger cushion.Edit: after reading other reviews I've realized this is not just an isolated incident for a big fella like me, apparently these cushions are very thin dropped to 1* save your money and buy elsewhere.
