“I have a lot of international and cross country flights this year and was suffering from butt numbness and hip pain/sciatica from poor cushioning in the seats. So I decided to see if this seat cushion would help. It works wonderfully! While I still can't sleep unless I get to lie flat, this cushion helps a lot with the pain. And no more numbness and stiffness when I get up. My only criticism is that it is too big (wide) and long to fit in my carry on roller bag unless you fold in half. but once ur on the plane you are sitting on it so the bulk is not a fib deal.”

“I liked that it is a very cushiony seat. I liked that it is made to the contours of the body and offers support. I didn't like that I had to literally place my rear in the seat exactly to the specs of the cushion each time I sat down. I'm up and down countless times while on the job. Having to be sure the cushion was centered on the seat, and my seat centered on the cushion with each sit, made this cushion a no-go after the first week.”
“Cushion was used for pilonidal cyst pre and post op. Unfortunately it flattens/hardens after 30 mins of sitting and needs a few minutes to fully poof back up. Found the cushion to be helpful with driving short distances but not very helpful for office work. My partner will use this as support after I find a replacement for myself.”
“Simple, but fantastic. To put it bluntly, this is an amazing butt pillow! For a more descriptive review, here's my two cents. I am a carpenter. I have spent nearly 18 years in the field doing the tough manual labor side of construction. Recently I was offered a office position as a Project Manager. Now as you can imagine, spending nearly all day on my feet, it was going to take time to get used to spending the day sitting. Best purchase I have ever made for just being something I sit on. At first, it seemed odd, but it didn't take long to get used to, and now! Well now I'm mad at myself if I forget it for a drive out of town to visit a farther than normal job site. Do yourself a favor, don't debate it, just get it. Your less irritable backside will thank you.”
“The cushion does provide significant support for the sciatic nerve and related issues, while driving. The cushion slides easily on car seat and requires frequent adjustment.”
“As soon as it arrived, I ripped open the box and put it straight away in my office chair. I suffer from chronic coccyx pain. Ahhhh! Relief! I don't have words for how this instantly relieved much of my pain. The cut out of the cushion is perfect to relieve the tender area. It fits perfectly in my office chair. Worth every penny just for the last hour of sitting in comfort. I was worried about that my legs would be uncomfortable since the edge of the cushion doesn't taper. After sitting on it, I don't think that will be an issue. One side is a soft fabric. The bottom is grippy to help it stay in place (have included a pic). I plan to also take it with me when I travel by car as that is the most painful sitting for me. It fits well in my car so I'm very happy for that. I may order another one so I don't have to take the cushion with me all the time. The only adjustment is that I sit up a couple inches higher and had to lower my desk chair and car seat a little.”
