“This is very helpful in alleviating my tailbone pain. I had a bad fall and could hardly sit without pain. This has helped tremendously! It may feel like it is hard if you try to squeeze it but believe me, it is very comfortable to sit on. I had ordered a different brand before this one and I really like this one the best! I like the way it is open in the back as opposed to the oval shaped ones. I weigh 125 if that helps in your decision. This has been a life-saver for me!!!”
“My husband broke his pelvis in a pedestrian hit and run accident almost 3 months ago. Sitting for any length of time it's very uncomfortable and painful. We got this pillow to help out with that and now he can sit comfortably for long periods of time.”
“I don't remember what this is made of but I did have to return it as it was so hard I could not sit on it. I have a problem with back and buttock and leg pain and this just made it worse! If you are looking for something really solid then this is for you. If you are looking for something to give you support then this is not for you!”
“I absolutely love this product. When I received it, I was leery because it didn't look like it would be comfortable. However, upon trying it, my mind was completely changed. My first test was my drive from NY to FL. I used this the entire drive and did not feel one ache in my back, either of my legs, nor my hips. It was wonderful. Now, I use it daily on my office chair. I work at my desk 10-12 hours per day and constantly have lower back pain. This has alleviated that pain almost completely. I highly recommend this product.”
“From the moment I started using this item, the pressure on my coccyx was completely relieved. It seems also to have helped my sciatica. Nice that there is a carrying strap so you can easily take it with you. I'm thinking of buying a second pillow for another chair. I use the one I have for my office chair, and frequently forget to take the pillow with me when I sit elsewhere.Update 7-11 This Coccyx pillow is so good that I've ordered another one so that I don't have to carry my original one with me from the two chairs I most often use.The pillow is specifically for coccyx pain and seems to help some people with sciatic pain as well. But there are a lot of different causes for back pain, so I get why this doesn't stop some people's back pain - it has a specific purpose - coccyx pain. As to being 'flat' after sitting on it, I think it has a lot to do with a person's weight and the size of their buttox.”
“I have a problem with sitting for extended periods of time. I have worked about 6 years in an office and my coccyx starts to hurt after any 30 minutes. This cushion does two things for me. Firstly it relieves pressure from my tailbone and is super soft on my bum. But secondly it has helped with my posture while sitting which also helps decrease pressure from my tailbone. I love this thing, I have tried 3 different cushions and this by far was the best. My first cushion was the as seen on TV doesn't break an egg cushion. The one made entirely out of a gel honey comb type pattern. That one did nothing for my tail bone although it did help keep my legs from going numb. I also tried another cushion that was exactly like this one but it had a gel and memory foam hybrid which was too firm for me. This cushion has been the best so far.”
“Am 6ft 2 inches and 175lbs and needed a cushion for pain caused by aitting in a chair all day. This cushion is perhaps designed for peoplenwith very different proportions - it is supremely uncomfortable and hard. I thought it would soften after a while but even after 2 months it didnt. Hard, pokes and is of Zero help with sciatc nerve pain from extended sitting. Waste of money!”
