“If you are looking for a cushion that will actually support your tailbone etc, don't purchase this one. It's way too soft and squishes nearly all the way down when sat upon. It's better than sitting on a hard wooden chair but I got a cushion elsewhere that's much better.”
“The ComfiLife cushion appears very well made and is really comfortable. I was worried that being a heavy person I would flatten it like a pancake, but the memory foam does not flatten completely, has great support, and bounces back into original shape every time. I am a crafter and suffer from chronic sciatica. This cushion is a lifesaver! I'm able to sit at my craft table and work on projects for a long time again and not be in pain. It also works great on hard surface chairs by alleviating the pressure on the back of my thighs that normally would be pressing on the nerves and causing great discomfort. “I've been having horrible sciatic pain for the past few months that has been almost debilitating. I bought this cushion based on the reviews and it has helped me be able to tolerate sitting down for more than a few minutes at a time. Sitting in the bleachers at my kids hockey game used to be so brutal. I couldn't sit for more than a few mins at a time and would constantly have to stand up. I would have to sit in the back row so i could stand up freely without blocking someone's view behind me. Since using this cushion, I can sit for about 40 mins before I have to stand up.I have only used it at the games so far so I don't know how it will work in other areas of life but so far so good”

“I don't have back or tailbone issues (yet!), but I ordered the ComfiLife Coccyx office chair pad anyway, as I just needed some extra height from my computer chair to make it easier and more comfortable to use my laptop's keyboard. This cushion did the trick. It definitely gave me the height I needed and it is very comfortable (firm but not hard). Plus, the non-slip backing on the cushion works great. My chair seat is vinyl and the cushion stays in place. No slip-sliding around! I'm only a few days in on owning this cushion, but I am totally pleased with it. Problem solved.”
“I ordered this for my brother, who is dealing with cancer that has spread to the bone. It hurts for him to sit for more than 15-20 minutes. He said it felt a little firm at first, but began to soften a bit. Body heat does that to memory foam, so I asked him to give it some time. He's used it now for two days and said it has helped tremendously. He used it in the car today to travel an hour each way to the doctor, and he was fairly comfortable for that time. So yes, this is a good cushion that has provided him some relief from the pain of sitting.Update: Sadly, my brother passed away. But in his final four months of life he used this cushion. “I bought this for my mother. She fell on a patch of ice and, long story short, had to get hip replacement surgery.
