I can't cite a specific feature but I CAN say it really eased the discomfort I'd been having when working lawn hours in my chair grading papers and doing lesson plan. It was very worth the money.

I bought this comfort cushion specifically cause I've been experiencing lower back pain for the past few months. I sit in front of my desk a majority of the week, so I started getting the pain recently. I enjoy that this has alleviated a majority of my lower back pain while I'm here at work. So it works as its advertised. It does give me the support that I need, but I'm a slightly shorter person, so when I put this on my chair at the office, I have to tippy toe now just to get in my chair. Which is fine, but a bit of a hassled, since I don't want to ruin the memory foam underneath. The front ends, where my legs rest are already pushed down.Other than minor things, this product has helped and works as advertised.

I recently travelled 19 hour long flight to my country and the time you spent sitting is a torture to your tailbone, i have a little issue having pain on my tailbone from prolonged sitting, thanks to this product it releived pressure on tailbone and sitting is more comfortable so you can withstand long hours of sitiing. I recommend this product for its material and comfort it provide.

If there were 10 stars, I would give it a 10! I spend several hours per day writing documents on the computer. Before purchasing this cushion, I could spend an hour tops and then have to get up. The very first day, I sat for 4 hours before realizing it. It stays on the chair seat and has really made a huge difference.

I love this cushion! I drive often in Los Angeles County, and was beginning to have sciatica symptoms when driving for over an hour (which is not fun). Since researching and purchasing this cushion, I have not had any sciatica symptoms even if I am driving for several hours in a day.I also took it to a 3 day seminar recently (where I was sitting for many hours each day). Again, no pain whatsoever.Bravo to ComfiLife!

Ok, so I will admit that I have now purchased four of these. I use them at the office, in my car, and in my chairs at home. I even gifted one today to my sister for her birthday. They also work wonderfully in stadium seating or in camping chairs. It makes sitting through those long ballgames bearable again. I have sacroiliac dysfunction and my hips often hurt when sitting on hard surfaces. I just can't ride anymore in a car without it. The super plus is that it also doubles as a booster for the short gals like myself. I will say though, don't fall for the gel version. It gets as hard as a rock when left in a cold car, and in general it just isn't nearly as comfortable.

I injured my tailbone over the holidays and could not sit or really bend in any way without sharp pain in my rear. This pillow was worth it because it meant I could actually sit at the table and on the couch without feeling like a contortionist.

I used this on a 500 mile trip to Atlanta. For the first 3 or 4 hours, it was fine. By the end of the trip, though, the backs of my thighs felt like they were sitting on rock. In addition, because of the fabric, it wasn't possible to “scooch' around. For short trips, I feel this would be fine and maybe even helpful. I will probably try it again someday but definitely not on a long distance trip. The fabric is nice and it seems well made but it just wasn't comfortable enough for me. When I drove the 500 miles home, I chose not to use it.
