“I have been using this cushion for a few months now. I drive a lot and am behind the wheel sometimes 8 hours a day. It has helped me tremendously with my back issues. I can also sit on my computer chair doing things on my computer for long periods of time without a lot of pain in my back. I have arthritis, degenerative disc disease and herniated discs in my back. This cushion helps a lot with these issues. I can't recommend it enough. I carry it back/forth between the car and house. I won't drive anywhere even a short trip around town without this pillow. I can't recommend this cushion enough especially if you have back issues. This has been a life saver for me. It took a little bit of time to adjust to it as it does elevate you but now I can't live without it.”

“Have only had cushion for a few days, but so far I think it has made a big difference in how I sit. It realigns your sacral spine so that you don't curve inward and instead let your sacral area curve back and down. I know that overarching has been a big problem for me but it's a difficult thing to be conscious of and correct minute by minute. This cushion does it for you. It's firmer than I expected, but turns out that's very comfortable. I'd give it five stars but haven't had it long enough to judge. If it continues to be helpful, I plan on getting a second one and will add a star.”
“I bought this for my MIL. She had hip replacement surgery about 2 weeks ago. She loves it! “The pillow is amazing! I've only had it for a few days and I use it all the time, it has already made a huge difference. It is very comfortable. I herniated discs years ago, and although they are back in place, my back bothers me on a regular basis. The tension leaves my back when I sit on the pillow. I can't believe the difference between it and my very comfy couch! I also have hemorrhoids after a bout of c.diff - this cushion is so helpful! I truly can't believe how much more comfortable sitting on the cushion is than not. I may get one for my office. I highly recommend this. I wish I had known about it earlier.”
“I feel down the stairs a couple of weeks ago and really injured my tailbone. After a couple of days of sitting on my desk chair at work, the pain got so much worse. This cushion is amazing. There is no pressure on my tailbone at all and I actually feel better at the end of my work day. I only wish I could use this on my couch. Nothing seems to work there except lying on my side.I highly recommend this if you have any pain or discomfort with your back or tailbone.”
“So me and my husband are truck drivers we each drive 11 hours a day.Me: On our previous truck we had bucket seats which magnified my tailbone pain. The cushion definitely helped. I was able to last almost 8 hours before I started feeling discomfort. On our new truck we don't really have bucket seats. Most days I can go without any discomfort at all. On occasion I might get a bit of lower back pain but it's hardly anything. It definitely helped. On another note I'm 4' 10" so it also helped lift me and somehow I can also reach the pedals more comfortably.My husband: he rarely uses it because he has no lower back pain but he does say it is comfortable and well built. He has no real use for it though.Overall it is firm and has not lost its form. Like I said I use it 11 hours a day every day. It is not cooling nor does it feel hotter than being on your normal seat.”
