“I have suffered with sciatica for years & the biggest issue has always been sitting, especially driving! I have tried several different "seats" for this problem, but recently had to ride on a long trip & found that putting a pillow under my thighs & not letting my tailbone have pressure on the seat worked quite well, but not very comfortable for my legs. I started doing some research & found this cushion. I have been using it for a couple weeks now & have found my sciatica is extremely better. The cushion fits my body very well, however I am 5'2 & weigh about 125 lbs - I'm not sure how large of a person this cushion would be comfortable for, but for me it is awesome.”

“I'm really sorry to be giving such a poor review on this product based on all the positive reviews I read prior to making my purchase. But this didn't work for me. I'm in my office chair on average of 15 hours a day Monday- Sunday. I work from home a lot as well as a game streamer after work and the weekends.I too like most reviews have sciatic nerve damage as well as deteriorating discs that I've dealt with most of my adult life, so any sort of relief while sitting for so long is most welcomed! Being a big guy at 6'4" and 270 lbs, it is hard to find products that actually help with my lower back pain. Fast forward to Thursday (2/21/19) my highly anticipated lower back relief seat cushion arrives, I was very excited let me tell you! I used it immediately once it arrives in the afternoon and instantly felt relief, it was amazing how much pressure and pain disappeared so quickly. I woke up the next morning at my normal time (2am) and started my day at my desk and was still very pleased with the comfort and support the cushion provided after sitting for about 19 hours (new game launch). Saturday morning around 6am I started my gaming adventure and sat for another 14 hours, but this time around the 7th hour I noticed zero support from the cushion. It had basically gone flat. I know that because I'm a big guy that sits all day it wasn't designed with me in mind, so if you're a person on the larger side of the road you might want to look at something different, I'm going to research if the memory foam designed cushions would last longer personally. “The chair in the picture has the worst cushion and support for my back. I spend many hours a day in this chair and my butt bone was really getting sore before I bought this cushion. Since I have been using this cushion my butt feels supported, comfy, and no more pain. My back also feels more aligned and my posture has benefited tremendously! I highly recommend this product to anyone who simply wants a better seat. The cushion is decently portable and has a handle on the side that helps to transport if needed.”
“This cushion is not what I would call "cushy"... it's very firm. I prefer a softer seat cushion most of the time, but I bought this hoping it would support my lower back enough to keep my restless leg syndrome from getting a full head of steam during long trips in the car. Amazingly, it did. I did not have the first twitch during two 9 hour car rides last week. That alone makes it worth any price. (If you have RLS, you know what I'm talking about.) My butt still got tired on the trip, but no numbness or twitching. So this is my new best friend when I travel!”
“Probably more information than a person would want but this cushion is so toasty! When it was cold outside that was fine. But now it's warm outside and it's almost unusable. It's better than no cushion as far as support and helping with my sore back sitting on a wooden chair at work. But my gosh does it get warm!”
