“This cushion is on the firm and bulky side, but it did make a difference when working sit for extended periods of time. it helped my with my piriformis syndrome. It requires a "break-in" period to adjust to your shape.”
“We bought two - one for the husband who's recovering from 2 back surgeries, one for me who is needing a hip replacement. I chose this particular product based on the high number and proportions of positive reviews, since there are so many of these types of cushions on the market. Well, add me and the hubs to that happy group! Though he was non-plussed the first couple of days - by yesterday, hubby wouldn't sit on any chair or the couch without it. I loved it from first sit. My only negative is that I wish it was a little bigger (I have a more than ample butt to support). To the positive side, even though the packaging contains a note warning the foam may offgas (as much memory foam does) I haven't noticed any smell from either of them, and I'm very sensitive to such smell. If the product lasts as well as other reviewers have commented, I will be more than satisfied. Highly recommended!”

“The butt to knee length was a little short for vehicle use. Needed to be heightened a few inches for previous heavy drivers who collapsed the springs/cushion. It provides the additional but constantly readjusting for a comfortable fit.”
“Thank Goodness something work for my 93 year old mother. Since she has strunk six inches her coccxy was rubbing her skin causing it to be inflammatory and she was very uncomfortable sitting on hard chairs. “I have suffered for over 10 years with chronic back pain and excruciating sciatica. The back pain is constant, and the sciatica comes and goes. Sometimes just for a few hours, and sometimes for weeks or months. I've tried many different pillows over they years, and this is by far the best one for some relief while sitting. I am currently using this one on my computer chair, but have used it on my recliner, as well, as the sciatica doesn't care how comfortable the chair is. They are all the same with sciatica. This really has helped me, and I am thinking about purchasing an additional one for my car. It has a removable cover to machine wash, however I am concerned about the non slip underside. Obviously it does not go in the dryer, but I will come back and let you know if I wash it. I actually have a pillow case on mine just so it doesn't get dirty. I am very pleased with this product overall.”
