“I bought 2 cushions, one for my chair at work and the other for my car. My chair at work is 10 years old and what a difference adding this cushion has made. I can actually sit without any pain or discomfort for hours! I am in Love! Sadly the one in my car is a different story. Let me start off by saying the cushion isn't really the problem. I have an older sports car (2004) and the seat doesn't have any fancy adjustments. I placed my new cushion on the seat, and noticed the added height right away. It's considerable enough that I had to readjust my mirrors! Sadly I sit too high up and my head now brushes the roof with every little bump and pothole in the road. (New England roads just plain suck, not very flat or smooth.) I had noticed I had an email from ComfiLife asking about how I liked my purchase. I replied with how my experience was going so far, and said I would have to return the one I had gotten for my car. Let me say ComfiLife replied back and answered all my questions promptly and courteously. Their customer service is top notch! I do wish they made a cushion a little less thick so I could use it in my car, but understand it wouldn't be as effective if they made it that way. The company has very high standards for their product, and I am very happy with my purchase.”
“Love this cushion. It feels good and helps relieve pain. I am severely disabled and have to sit most of the time. I am always in a lot of pain from sciatica, severe scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, arthritis, broken tailbone, spinal stenosis of lumbar region, pinched nerves, and fibromyalgia. This is the first and only cushion that has ever helped relieve some of that pain and make it comfortable for me to sit. I also have the back cushion, which works equally as well.”

“Didn't help me. I bought this for a tailbone injury but I didn't get much relief. In fact, it caused more pain to my bottom. It's too firm and sized for an office chair not for casual sitting on a couch.”
“I was having tail bone soreness because of the chair I use. After getting this cushion, the soreness has gone away. I like the seat cushion but have a couple of things that I think could make it better: 1) it is a "block" meaning it's the same thickness all the way around, and I think it would be much more comfortable if it was tapered in the front for the legs. (it feels like it cuts off the circulation a bit, although I have not had a problem) 2) It seems a bit small. I have a tiny butt, and it seems small to me. I think it would be more comfortable if it would be a bit larger in diameter. Never-the-less, it works and I keep using it. It conforms to my bony butt pretty well. Also, it did just what I needed it to do, so money well spent.”
