“The product is soft but it doesn't work like it's supposed to. My lower back hurts more in the morning after laying on it all night. I feel like I'm laying down hill. I want to give it a 0 star in all the categories. It doesn't have enough support for any of the positions it claims to.”
“I wanted to like this pillow, and maybe I would like it more if I had a firmer bed, but this was just painful. The relief when laying on my side was good, but it forced me to jam my shoulder into my regular pillow and bed. So I'd wake up with a pain free waist but my shoulder hurt like crazy. Same if I slept on my back, my neck was at a weird angle that caused pain. About the only time it helps is to put under my knees when watching TV. And it didn't hold up after just a few uses. Parts of the pillow are already flattening.”

“This item is a great height, most of these lumbar support pillows are too high and force the hips out of alignment, not comfortable to sleep on. I was glad to find one that wasn't as thick in the middle as most products.”
“This helps my back pain a lot. I would get back pain when rolling over on my chest in the middle of the night but this keeps my hips elevated just enough. Works equally well as a lumbar support when sleeping on my back. The only minor complaint is the edge of the pillow is a little too thick for my back. It would be nice if it the whole pillow was narrower, or the lip of the pillow was not as thick.”
