“I'm a side sleeper and recently have had a problem with lower back pain. This product not only helps with relief of nighttime pain, but it also helps me sleep better and I find that I wake up with a lot less morning stiffness. This pillow does not slide around during the night and I'm often a restless sleeper. I did have an issue, at first, finding the correct position in which to place the pillow for the best support. However, once I was able to find the correct position, I placed a couple of safety pins at the side of the bottom sheet to mark the spot and do not ever remove them. The product arrived quickly, was well packaged, there was no problem with smells, and it is very comfortable. I would recommend this product to anyone with lower back pain.”

I am a lash tech and my clients lay down on their backs for hours at a time. It's important to me for my clients to have some type of relief/pain relief on their backs. I didn't give this product the 5 starts only because I was expecting something a little thicker, but I'm still going to let it sit out for a day or two so it gets to its full shape before trying it out.
