“I was a bit concerned by other posts about the knee pillow not expanding properly, but since it has a 100% money back guarantee there was nothing to loose. My knee pillow arrived and looked like the other pictures posted at first. Then I decided to fluff the pillow by just pushing in the sides of it a few times and then left it alone until it was time for bed. By bedtime the pillow was fully expanded, like memory foam should. It took a little getting used to because my old knee pillow, by a different mfg., would flatten to almost nothing. It held its shape with minimal compression, I'm 5'9" and 185 lbs, so it felt a bit stiff at first. The next night it didn't feel as stiff and the third night even better. The pillow holds it's shape very well and I'm totally satisfied in regards to that. My only complaint, the reason for losing one star, is that after just a few nights the fabric is beginning to pill, something my old one also succumbed to. However, I pulled out the fabric shaver to remove what was beginning. My only recommendation to the mfg. would be to sell pillow cases for their product to help prevent that or just use a different fabric that doesn't pill. For my old one, I ended up just using a standard pillow case but they are always too big. Overall, that is just a minor gripe that can easily be fixed. All that said, if you've had previous knee pillows that flatten to a pancake, you'll be much happier and pleasantly satisfied with this one.”
