“This helps with back pain when sleeping at night. It is pretty firm so it will hold its shape throughout the night. If you are looking for something fluffy, this isn't it. Also, it is huggable too !”
“I've tried several different bolsters and wedges to support and elevate my knees when laying on my back. They have all been too big, too small, too soft or too heavy to move easily. This bolster gives good support without taking up too much room. It does not compress too much when in use as some go flat and fail to provide support. It is also lightweight so it is easy to move and reposition. The one negative is that the material it is made of makes my legs very warm. In winter this might be nice but not in the heat of the summer. I put the bolster inside a percale pillowcase and that helped considerably to keep my legs cooler. All in all I'd certainly recommend this bolster.”
