“I have had my share of back issues for the past 15 years including several surgeries. It used to be that lying on my back was the only way to get relief. About a year ago I started waking each morning with my lower back muscles as tight as piano strings. It became worse over time and each morning I would need to stretch before the day started (which I should do anyway) to get the pain to subside. “The only reason that I am giving this booster 4 instead of 5 stars is that I would have liked a wider aand softer bolster. To prevent my neuropathy from flaring, at both acupuncturist and physical therapy, they put bolsters under my knees. This one works, but it is small enough to fit right under my knees and dig in. I have to use it under my upper calves. And while it is good memory foam, its almost too hard.I like the fact that it is sliced in half so it doesn't roll, but I think I would be happier with it bigger.With the Covid issues, I am not comfortable returning it after using it. It works, just have to fiddle with it.”
