“I am 5'3" with short legs, have bone on bone hip problems in addition to fibromyalgia. I am hurting most of the time. This pillow is made from memory foam and has some give to it, so it was better than what I originally bought, a knee pillow, but the knee pillow was much too thick to be comfortable. I wish they made a knee pillow for smaller people. This pillow is good for the small of your back and neck.”
