TRAKK Memory Foam Knee Wedge Pillow Reviews

4.1 Rating 912 Reviews
I'm a side sleeper. This pillow encourages me to stack one leg on top of the other while sleeping, which avoids the stretch/strain on ligaments and nerves, avoiding the irritation in my hips and ILL that causes chronic lower back pain. I can still drop the upper foot to balance the weight, but the benefit of bringing both hips into line is almost instantly noticeable, especially if you are suffering with lower back stiffness.I sleep much more deeply and wake up far less frequently. I also sweat way less than I used to. That said, the fact that your legs are vertically separated while you are sleeping mean that the occasional drip becomes noticeable and you might *think* you are sweating more, until your subconscious learns to ignore it (and this is WAY less than the night sweats I got in the days when I wasn't sleeping well)Might not work for everyone but if you are anything like i was it's worth giving it a go.

I think my knees are hurting less in the morning, but I'm mainly writing this review to say that the pillow makes being a side-sleeper and "side-reader-in-bed" much more comfortable and I can see this becoming as essential as the pillow under my head. It's very well made and generally stays in place because of the contours. I should have had one all my life!

Okay, “life-changing' might be a bit excessive, but this pillow has relieved the hip and leg pain that was so severe it woke me up in the night. It's sturdy and comfortable, and stays in position well. I am primarily a side sleeper; so no experience with how it works for those who sleep on back or stomach.

This pillow really does seem to help mySacroiliac nerve and keep it from being pinched. The only complaint is that it squishes down and does not retain its shape .Maybe if they made them a firmer foam? But it still does the trick but I don't know if it will when it gets all the way squish down

My husband has been suffering from sciatica pain for the past year. The pain would make sleeping difficult and was really bad when he got out of bed. He is currently going to physical therapy for it but has had very little relief. After one night using this knee pillow he had NO pain when he woke up! The pillow is firm enough to keep your knees separated yet the cover is very soft to the touch. Somehow it seems to move with you in your sleep without falling out of place. Amazing product! We were also impressed with how quickly we received the item.

I ordered this for my wife who is recovering from a fractured pelvis. She prefers to sleep on her side. In this position, sleeping without the knee pillow causes strain on the fractured area resulting in intense pain in the morning. Using the ComfiLife Orthopedic Knee Pillow allows the leg and hip to remain inline and therefore reduces the strain. the result has been much less pain from the fracture. Additionally, I ordered one for my daughter because she has back pain when rising in the morning. She has told me that the ComfiLife Orthopedic Knee Pillow has caused the morning back pain to disappear.

My wife was having all kinds of trouble with her back (sciatica), and, as I grow older, I find that it's as much of a gamble that a doctor will actually think about *and* solve a problem as it is winning money at a casino. After a bunch of useless co-pays, we tried this pillow and it's a real breakthrough. She's been very happy with it and just said, "I would give it ten stars!"

I've had this pillow for 3 or 4 weeks now and its basically lost its shape in the center where your legs would go. It was great for the first two weeks but then it slowly started to get flatter and flatter. At first I thought that was the memory foam component but whats the point of a pillow that doesn't provide any support where it is supposed to? It totally defeats the purpose.
