TRAKK Memory Foam Knee Wedge Pillow Reviews

4.1 Rating 912 Reviews
The cover should be designed with the opening on the short end instead of the long side. I had this cover with the zipper in such a bind getting it off, the zipper split apart and several attempts to get it to realign and close were futile. While it washes up nicely, you should plan on washing the pillow with the cover on it and then waiting for it to dry. Since that would take days, what do you do in the meantime? I DO NOT recommend this pillow for that reason alone. It is such a great product with a totally ridiculous cover opening design. I would also recommend Velcro sewed into the inside in place of the cheap plastic zipper.

I normally put a regular pillow between my knees when I sleep. I thought I would give this a try and it would be easier to turn in bed. Well this pillow squished down and my knees were actually touching. I didn't think it did enough so I returned it. I might try out a different knee pillow that you put between your knees and not your thighs.

I'm a die-hard side sleeper, and was having low back and hip issues after a car accident a while ago. I'd been using a pillow between my knees, but it was big and annoying and not helpful enough. This thing is absolutely perfect, the right amount of support and easy to move when I switch sides. It's make a huge difference in my sleep quality and definitely helped my back and hip issues

I have only had this pillow for a few nights and it seems to alleviate my hip pain. Only concern is when I want to take the cover off to wash, the zipper and opening is so small, so I don't think it's possible to put the cover back on. This could be a deal breaker for me

This pillow is easy to use and comfortable. It you move in your sleep, it doesn't wake you up as you switch sides (previous pillow was larger and always getting caught in sheets etc). Was using pillow post hip replacement surgery on advise of pt. Added bonus is back feels better in the morning too. I have only used this one about 10 days.Other reviews noted it is thin. It thinner then my previous pillow, but still works fine for me at this point.

Before the nerve and disc pain was so great I couldn't walk when getting out of bed. A friend suggested this and at the time I thought, “You don't get how much pain I'm in! There is no way a little pillow between my legs will help - No Way!'Well, I was so wrong! This little pillow helps a lot. I am able to get up in the morning and bend over to make my bed! Couldn't do that before.Only problem is sometimes I kick it out during my sleep (cause I'm actually sleeping!) and I can't get up easily. So I lay with the pillow between my thighs for 20-30 minutes and I'm good to go! Miraculous!

This product was more uncomfortable than the sore back I was trying to cure! Made of rigid form that simply will not conform, it is an unwieldy 5" thick and 10" long. No placement was comfortable for either 5'2" me or my 6'2" partner. I can't imagine a body type for whom would be comfortable as thickness forces legs into a V position, making side sleeping painful on ankles. Bought two; one still in plastic. Missed the return window so donating to Goodwill. Worst product ever purchased on TRAKK.

I had read about this knee pillow and seen so many positive comments. I hoped for some pain relief so I could maybe get more sleep? However, we all have different aches & pains, so you don't know until you try a product. Before buying the knee pillow, I had no difficulty falling asleep, 2 mins. tops and I'm in a dead sleep. Positioning the knee pillow between my legs, is comfortable and does seem to align the top leg (laying on your side) with your body. I still fall asleep quickly, then after about 2 hours of sleep the sciatica pain creeps in & I wake up. I've used this product about a week now & I suppose that I turn from side to side while sleeping? The knee pillow usually is not between my legs when I wake up a couple hours later. I will continue to use the pillow...maybe figure out how I can keep it in place when I turn to the other side. As far as recommending this product, you would have to try it & see? Maybe it's the answer to your issues. Hopefully so! I'll do a follow up in a few months, if my situation has improved with the use of this product.
