“I am on my fourth pregnancy but started experiencing hip pain after a fall and an unplanned sprint during my second pregnancy. I have had x-rays by chiropractors and they said there is nothing wrong with my hips, however when I walk my hips grind and sometimes pinch nerves that make it difficult to walk. Chiropractic adjustments would help alleviate pain immediately but not long term. After using this however, all my pain and grinding has gone away. Sometimes my hips have an uncomfortable adjustment when lying up in bed after a full night's sleep but other than that I can walk and do normal day to day activities without limping, grinding, pain, etc. I highly recommend this if you have had hip issues after pregnancy/child birth.
