It kept my knees so far apart and when I tried to use it between the lower part of my leg below the knee it put my knee in an awkward position. I'm 5'3. “Something to think about... Any soft pillow will be squished when you put it between your knees. Used this a few times then gave up because it didn't help me much. Good for nursing my toddler though- holds her head well.Also holds lint and fuzz well. Nice if you don't squeeze your knees, I guess.”
