“I can't yet attest for the durability because I've had the pillow less than a week , but the pillow seems to have reduced the pain in my lower back that I normally wake up with a little more each day that I've slept with it between my legs.it's a nice height and sometimes instead of putting it between my legs I put it in front of me so I can keep one leg straight and the other leg elevated. The only change I've made in my sleep habits has been this pillow and I'm seemingly sleeping more easily throughout the night and waking up with less body ache and discomfort. As far as that goes I'm very pleased with the product”
“It's way too hard, and too thick, at night I try to use it and it hurts my legs even worse. And makes my hip real sore in the morning. That's something else I won't use again”
“I tend to be a side sleeper and often would wake with pain in the hips, glutes, region that of course can make the lower back decide to complain too. I would often use a folded pillow between my legs but these are a pain when you switch sides or move around at all. The knee pillow fits great and I find that if I turn from one side to the other that it just stays in place. It also aides with the knees banging against each other and so overall I sleep better and wake with less pain and stiffness. I do which it had a bit firmer core as it compacts a bit and I want a bit more gap between the knees.”
“Absolutely love this pillow. I've had lower back pain for YEARS. Would sleep/wrestle with a regular pillow between my knees for some relief. I am a side sleeper.The first night I used the knee pillow it stayed with me when I rolled over. No searching for it. I woke up with ZERO back pain the next morning. “If it had more give to the foam, maybe it wouldn't be so bad. The foam was very dense, which caused my leg to sit way too elevated. Men might have more luck with this one, but for me, a 5'7, 145 lbs woman, it was just too bulky. When it comes to these pillows, one size does not fit all.”

“I'm a physical therapist and always recommend to my patients to use a pillow between their knees to prevent your hip and back from twisting also if you have knee joint pain which is one of my problems.
