“This pillow is incredible. One day in 2019 I bent over to pick something up and was not able to come back up. Ever since my back has not been the same. It's very disappointing to be 31, and a triathlete, with lower back pain. When waking up in the morning I had to be careful because I could tell that one wrong move would throw my back out.Now I wake up in the morning without back pain! I am a side and stomach sleeper. I'll use the pillow on my side and usually wake up on my stomach. When I wake up I just grab the pillow and go back to sleep. I am in love with it. I would highly recommend to anyone struggling with lower back pain.I do not have any problems with my knees touching like some of the other reviewers.”

“This knee pillow is the perfect size and doesn't cause any discomfort or get in the way. Much better than using a small regular pillow. Only thing I would change, is to make it a little more firm. It compresses down a little too much, but not a big deal. Would certainly recommend it.”
“Frankly, I did not think this would work, but I ordered it out of desperation. I am SO glad I did! I am elderly and disabled. The pain in my lower back due to spinal degeneration and the arthritis in my legs had destroyed any hope of sleep, let alone standing up in the morning when I get out of bed. “I bought this pillow for my wife who has used another brand for years but it wasn't thick enough or dense enough foam to keep her body in a good position while sleeping. She really likes this pillow's thickness and says it is just right. The foam does not collapse yet soft enough to be comfortable. The cover is pilling a bit so they could improve that - it is 100% polyester. Cotton might be nicer.”
“I've been having lower back pain for a few months now. I've been going to therapy, doc appts, xrays, and cat scans. Just to find out what the problem is ( verdict is still out on it as we speak). My biggest problem was sleeping I could never get comfortable due to the back pain I slept maybe 3 to 4 hours a night due to it. “I really wish I would have bought this pillow sooner! I am 25 weeks pregnant, and needless to say it has been a challenge sleeping at night. I can only sleep on my sides, which creates significant pain and discomfort in my hips. Since having this pillow the pain in my hips has reduced significantly! I still need to rotate sleeping on my sides to avoid mild discomfort, but am able to sleep through the night with much more ease. The pillow itself I find comfortable, and use it in various positions during sleep. It remains cool through the night, and I love the removable machine wash cover.
