“I started using this pillow during my second pregnancy. This knee pillow was so amazing for side-sleeping that I immediately threw out my large s-curved pregnancy pillow. My husband also uses one for sciatica. For those who say the pillow gets too flat, they are using it incorrectly. For best use, slide the pillow between your mid-thighs (not between your knees!).”

Consequently, I bought this one, for our vacation home, and it's extremely firm, far more than the first pillow. Although the pain relief is good, it disturbs my sleep because it's so firm. If they're going to make two firmnesses, just advertise it. I don't like surprises”
