“I am aside sleeper. After breaking my leg and reconstruction of my knee, I had been experiencing pain at night. I tossed and turned constantly to find a comfortable position without pain especially in the hips. After the first night, the pain was less. Later the tossing and turning subsided and I was waking up without pain in my hips. The pillow stays in place. I am very satisfied with this product.”

“I am on a mission to improve the quality of my sleep and read that alignment of your body is important. I am a back and side sleeper and have used a standard size pillow before purchasing this one. The ComfiLife Orthopedic Knee Pillow material seems well made. Unfortunately, this didn't work out for me. It's not very comfortable especially when I turn from side to side. I am going to back to using the good ole standard pillow. I don't return items once open unless they are defective. I am now using this as my footrest under my home office desk, which is working out great.”
“The pillow is well sewn, and seems to be sturdy enough, but It isn't providing the pain relief I was hoping for. I have have several issues caused by degenerate disc disease which make sleeping difficult for me. Even though it isn't working for me, that doesn't necessarily mean it won't help othersâ€â€worth a try.”
“Unfortunately this pillow didn't work for me as my condition is a bit of an enigma. I easily give this five stars for a few reasons...The pillow is very well made and looks like it would last for many years due to the materials it is made of.It has a removable washable cover.The material did not make my legs sweat, they stayed cool.The memory foam conformed nicely to my legs after about 5-10 minutes.Lastly, the customer service AFTER the sale was top notch. They followed up with a personal email after I had received it and seemed to genuinely want to know how my experience with it was. After I explained to them that through no fault of the pillow, it did not work for me, custom service did something I never would have expected and left me with a deep respect for a company who rose above just making a sale.I sincerely hope this review will make you feel more at ease in testing this product if you are unsure of making the purchase.”
“I've had hip pain and sciatica since I had children. I can only go to sleep on my side, so when I realized I was hurting myself overnight, I worried that I wouldn't sleep well on my stomach or back. I heard about a knee pillow to relieve the pressure. This pillow is very supportive - it doesn't squash between my legs and go flat. I didn't notice a strong odor when I removed it from the packaging (some reviews said it smells). I do think the zipper opening could be slightly larger on the cover so it's easier to remove for washing. The cover is high-quality, as well. Very pleased with this purchase!”
“I have SI joint dysfunction. I woke up every morning with my pain increased. The first night I got my ComfilLifepillow I noted a marked decrease in my pain. I had using a regular bed pillow between my legs which was of no help.This pillow keeps my hips better aligned at night so I don't wake up in so much pain. The cover of the pillow is very soft and it holds it's shape. The only thing I would change is replacing the zipper on the cover with Velcro and making the opening a little larger. However I love my ComfiLife knee pillow.”
