TRAKK Memory Foam Knee Wedge Pillow Reviews

4.1 Rating 912 Reviews
I had knee replacement surgery last year and sleeping on my side is difficult. A bed pillow is too thick but a folded blanket isn't thick enough. This looked good, but if I put it between my knees or thighs, the upper leg dangles and hurts. If I put it between my calves, the knee has no support and really hurts.

I bought this because of having some lower back pain and also my wife has one but a different brand. When I got it I was super excited to have a decent night's sleep. For the first two weeks it didn't make any real difference. The huge difference between mine and my wife's is the firmness. This is super soft and doesn't support your knees. I just don't think its a great product for plus size people. Get a firmer pillow.

1 Night with this pillow and I'm already happy. Since entering my third trimester of pregnancy I have been experiencing a lot of hip pain while sleeping. Desperate, I ordered this pillow hoping for relief. After one night of sleep I have to say I don't know how it helped but I woke up only once with hip soreness compared to the normal ten times throughout the night. I can't wait to continue my use for the last month and I'll update my happiness as it goes!

This is a great product--well made and inexpensive, but best of all, it's really helped me to sleep despite muscle pain radiating from my hip down my leg to below my knee. It seemed too bulky at first, but I've now learned how to place it and it works for me in several different positions, lying on one side or the other and on my back. When I keep it in one place between legs for long enough, it warms up and softens, and that helps my pain too. This little pillow is so comforting that I'm actually getting quite attached to it, just as kids get ttached to teddy bears or blankets. It will travel with me everywhere!

I have large hips and I struggle with circulation in my legs and feet. I always end up sleeping funny cause my hips don't line up correctly. This little pillow helps so much! It keeps my hips aligned while I sleep on my side and instantly helped with circulation and hip pain. Love it.

I sleep mainly on my left side because I use a CPAP and the hose comes in on that side. Consequently my spine went out of alignment causing pressure on the nerves to my right hip and leg. Very painful. Started getting Physical Therapy to realign the spine. Decided to get one of the knee pillows to help when I sleep. Product is as stated and arrived quickly. Look forward to more nights of restful sleep.

I was very skeptical. I use big body pillows for comfort. The reviews are what sold me. I figured I'd try it. I can say it definitely works. My hip and sciatica pain are just about non existent. I thought it would be akward transition rolling over, but it's shockingly not. There are so many ways to use this pillow. I use it between the thighs, calves or with one leg resting on it while sleeping partially on my stomach. Definitely worth buying.

I have had back issues for many years and my sleeping position aggravates it quite badly - and I'm a side sleeper which does not help. I've tried quite a few pillows to keep my spine aligned with varying degrees of success. I've had this pillow for two nights and I will say that it definitely delivers. The pillow itself is very firm and does not squish much through the night. I quite like the firmness and the way it aligns my spine and keeps it that way. Noticeably less back pain when waking up in the mornings. Will post an update in a few weeks after I've had a chance to really put it through its paces.
