Bought this for my husband, he has chronic back pain. He loves it and doesn't usually sleep without it. I slept with it last night and woke up so refreshed, no back pain at all. Ordering myself one now. Would def recommend!

I've used it for the last two weeks and it has been great not waking up in pain during the night or in the morning feeling like my hips are being crushed. Hubby has had his for a few days, he may need straps as he moves around more. Very satisfied.

When my wife got this for me after my knee replacement, I was not sure about it, but now i love this pillow.I have purchased a second and the older one goes camping with me and my son's boy scouts troop.the other day i slept without it and i could feel it in my hips and knees in the morning! well worth the price. now for the detail, the pillow is made of foam and will last about a year before the foam in the middle of it becomes really soft. the stitching is good quality and holds up well. the bag has a zipper on it so you can wash the case, which is good.I would recommend this pillow to anyone who has problems with knees and hips.

The idea is right, but I find myself using a firm pillow instead as this is too small to really feel useful. If it covered 3 times the area it does now when you put it between your legs it would be much better. My legs do the seesaw with how small it is right now. I am not able to recommend this.

Nothing about this pillow worked for me. It is hard, and it is too high. IMHO, a concrete block or a couple bricks between my legs would be about as comfortable as this pillow. I would never purchase another one nor would I ever recommend it. It's only attribute (though temporary) is that I have been able to position to keep the sheets off one of my feet.

I couldn't be happier I found this pillow! I'm in my second trimester and have a side sleeper but for weeks had horrible hip pain! The first night with this pillow and I'm 100% pain free!I was worried this pillow would be a little too thick since I'm on the shorter/smaller side but it's perfect. I can even fake sleep on my stomach by leaning on side sleeper and propping one leg up.The ONLY negative- the pillowcase is super tight around the pillow and I cut my thumb open on the zipper getting it in& out to initially wash it. I know... who cuts themselves on a pillow 🙄

This is the best thing EVER! I'm a side sleeper and have always had terrible back pain. I used to sleep with a standard pillow between my legs at night, but it was always taking up space in our queen bed and I would lose it through the night, not to mention still waking with awful back pain. I decided to try this pillow based on reviews and I'm so glad I did! It was a life saver when I was pregnant, and still is. It's amazing how much this pillow alone has reduced my back pain! Its comfortable to use, and it somehow stays with me through the night. I highly recommend giving this pillow a try!

After losing 35 pounds, I get pressure pain on my knees and ankles when I sleep on my side. This pillow not only provides the needed cushion, but is also very comfortable and an added bonus by proper body alignment that helps with lower back pain relief. From my own experience. It's a top quality pillow and I highly recommend it!!
