TRAKK Memory Foam Knee Wedge Pillow Reviews

4.1 Rating 912 Reviews
This pillow is very firm and might work for some people as it has grooves that work for several positions. I couldn't get comfortable with it, so returned to TRAKK. When I placed between my knees or thighs, then my ankles rubbed together uncomfortably. If I placed between my ankles, then my knees rubbed together.

I've been using this pillow for a few months. For the most part I like it. It fits my knees comfortably and encourages me to maintain a better sleep posture. I like that the cover comes off and can be washed; however the fabric slighty ripped and the zipper came off. I was able to get it back on and zip the fabric back over the foam, but I will not be able to remove it and wash it without risking it not zipping. Aside from that, I think it gets the job done.

Unfortunately this pillow does not help with my problem. My joints hurt especially at night in my knees and I bought this hoping it would relive the pressure i feel in my knees when i try to sleep on my side. This pillow is very firm but (for my issue) would need to be more like a wedge. I did try based on the reviews but unfortunately it just puts more pressure it feels on my knees.

I have only had it a week—so haven't the best experience yet. I lay on my left sides with this between my knees, My right leg then sticks a little too uncomfortably high. So, I have to use another pillow to support it. I feel my back is feeling better—but I feel I will have a better experience after the foam molds to my body.

Comfortable but... just not long enough to support length of the leg. Ends up getting lost in the covers/bed when I move.

I purchased for issues with lower back and hip pain. I had previously been using a regular pillow for a knee pillow and thought that should be ok. Once trying this pillow I immediately noticed the difference in alignment from a regular pillow. So much better!!! It stays put pretty well during the night unless you are a very active sleeper.

I was getting SI pain when sleeping on my side. I put a regular pillow between my legs to straighten out the angle of the higher leg in relation to my hip. That helped, but it was so large that it got all tangled in the sheets and made me hot. It was hard to roll over and get in and out of bed. I bought this little guy and it works just as well, doesn't get hot, and is easy to use. I forget it's there. For the price, it's a great item. My wife got a similar one for about twice as much at Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

I bought this for my father who recently broke his leg. It is perfect when assisting to elevate instead of stacking pillows. Highly recommend
