TRAKK Memory Foam Knee Wedge Pillow Reviews

4.1 Rating 912 Reviews
It is way too thick to use between your thighs or knees and has so little give that it does not allow for proper contour of your legs and pushes out. In the support department it has way too much. Like sleeping with a brick between your knees. I do not recommend this pillow as I spent so much time trying to get it in a comfortable position that is more stressful than helpful. Try a different one before you try this pillow.

I'm a side sleeper and I also pull my knees up. I started waking up halfway through the night with terrible sciatic pain. Once I got this pillow, it eased the pain the very first night. After I had used it several nights and the pillow began to fit my body and I got used to the pillow, I can sleep through the night. When I don't use it, the pain flares up again. While I am also using pain relief gel and stretching techniques, the pillow has made such a huge difference in my being able to sleep and relieve the pressure on my back while lying in bed. I like that it has a washable cover and a great warranty, and that it is small enough to travel with me.

My snoring due to Sleep Apnea is minimized if I sleep on my side. I was reluctant to use this knee pillow at first, but it truly ensures my hips stay in the right position and more more still hips in the morning. Doesn't look super cool, but it works like a charm.

I bought this to help with long-term hip bursitis. Lately, my hip has been throbbing with pain at bedtime and I needed relief. This has helped relieve some pain. I am also doing some simple exercises to help with the pain. I would say this pillow has contributed to relieving some of that pain. Falling asleep is easier. I just have to remember to not roll on the side with the painful hip while sleeping and I think the pillow helps with that also.

I have sciatica.A friend in the medical field suggested that I use a pillow between my knees. My pillow was too soft to help.Another friend suggested that I try the ComFilife Orthopedic Knee Pillow from TRAKK. What a wonderful product. It is just the right size, soft but keeps its shape .I'm able to sleep with little or no pain.

This is great for relieving knee pain, highly recommended. The problem with this items is that even though the cover comes off for washing, the material is that fleecy type of material that attracts and embeds fabric balls from all the other items in the wash with it. Mine is currently covered with pilling and is no longer white, but a dingy dirty looking white with dark pills all over it. It is an embarrassment to my beautiful bed and although I love to take it traveling with me I have stopped bringing it as I'm pretty sure that no one that cares about their bedding is going to to be happy to see this on their bed. Please, ComfiLife, sell covers for this- I would be in and your product would have 5 stars from me!

I suffer from chronic lower back pain and wanted to try a knee pillow in order to better align my spine when I sleep on my side. After using the pillow for about a week, I do notice less pain when I get out of bed in the morning. However, I'm not comfortable at night because I find the pillow a little too high and firm for my legs. As a result I'm tossing and turning more frequently and waking up more often. I think a softer pillow might work better for me.

Finally decided to give one of these a try to help with back pain. I've definitely noticed a difference and it is much more comfortable. If you forget to use it at night you will feel it when you wake up. Could maybe be a little firmer, but hold it's shape well. For the price it works great.
