I wake up without lower back pain. Such a simple, easy fix.

Not big enough, even while it's keeping it's form, it doesn't help spread my legs far enough apart to be of any help. It also deflates fairly quickly. And, the shape is actually really unhelpful, making it difficult to keep in position. The memory foam it's made of also tears apart really easily. I picked it up my one of the corners, only for my fingers to tear into it. I hate this thing.

I got one for each of my parents, to see if it would help them. They love em. Gives my mother especially the spine support she needs, she's a side sleeper! My dad is still adjusting to his, but he enjoys it as well.

I absolutely love this knee pillow! I bought two, one from a different company with a slightly different shape and a little smaller (I returned it). The ComfiLife pillow far exceeded the other pillow. Before using this pillow I would have terrible nocturnal back pain from not being properly aligned. I've tried putting regular pillows between my legs and even had a different knee pillow ( completely different shape) that I've used for years with no relief, but I didn't realize there were other shapes out there. I have used the ComfiLife pillow for one week and I have not had any back pain while sleeping at nigh for 7 days straight. I would highly recommend this pillow. Some reviewers said this pillow was big. I didn't think it was too big for me. I'm female, 5'4 122 lbs.

I bought this pillow to replace one I bought several years ago from Bed Bath and Beyond. It works very well and stays in place all night. It is a little smaller than my last one, but still works very well and is comfortable. My old one was getting flat so it was a relief to get a new one.

This is a good pillow for me. I'm 5'6" and it provides me with a good amount of support and stays between my legs pretty well. The only issue I have with it is that the cover pilled up really quickly, which makes it kinda itchy.

I've used this pillow for year, even packing it when I need to spend the night away from home. My doctor suggested I try a pillow between my knees to help with back pain from a compressed nerve. After using a regular bed pillow or square decorator pillow for a couple of years with some relief I discovered this pillow. My sleep and comfort has noticeably improved and the pillow has kept the shape and density. (I am 5'5" and thin). I find relief using it between the knees for side sleeping or under a thigh when on my back. The cover has been laundered in a mesh bag several times and the pillow shows little signs of wear. Back pain is tricky and as individual as is finding relief. This pillow has made a big difference in my sleep and comfort and I would not hesitate to purchase again.
