TRAKK Memory Foam Knee Wedge Pillow Reviews

4.1 Rating 912 Reviews
If you are a side sleeper like myself this is the pillow for you it's the perfect size to place between your knees while on your side. You can immediately feel the weight and pressure come off your hips and legs. Keeps your pelvis and hips aligned. I can't sleep without it anymore!

I haven't had this for very long ( /- a week). I do believe by keeping my legs even while side sleeping, I wake fewer times with back pain. I can't tell if it changes my daily level of pain (multiple back surgeries). My wife who has had some hip issues isn't sure, yet if it has made a difference. It is very comfortable and not difficult to keeep in place when turning during night.

Due to 4 spinal surgeries I was sleeping with knee pad similar to Comfilife however I was too soft. I would lose the soft one every night, which defeated the purpose of having one. The Comfilife has the right amount of density to keep my knees & legs separated. I wake up in the morning and it is still where I put it the night before.

The pillow is too wide at the narrowest part. I am a petite female and are used it for about a week and then I needed to stop because I hurt more. Also, as soon as I took the pillowcase off and tried to stuff it back into the case the zipper broke. That parts just bad workmanshipThe seller is going to send out a new pillow and case

Only problem is knee pain. It supports thigh and hip as expected but then lower leg puts torque on knee. So it does work as advertised, wished there was optional or lseparate lower leg support. Otherwise fixed hip pain

This is extremely uncomfortable for anyone with a thigh radius bigger than 20in... my thighs don't fit correctly for it to be comfortable. Definitely not worth $27... I would say it's great for ankle support if it's broken or needs to be elevated but not for in between legs.

This has been a lifesaver for me! I struggled trying to keep different pillow from around the house between my knees since my hip replacement but, more often than not, would wake in pain each morning because the pillow(s) had slipped out and my hip was pulled across my body. Now my knees and hip stay in place all night long and I get a complete, uninterrupted, painless night's sleep! I highly recommend one for anyone who has had hip replacement surgery!

This thing is so amazing. I've always slept with a full size body pillow to be able to elevate my top leg. When I got this pillow it was more firm than I expected and I had my doubts, but it's phenomenal. It has the perfect amount of support, and the shape allows you to roll over and it still stays between your legs, so you're able to toss and turn (if you're that type of person) and maintain a comfortable sleep! Would buy again 100%
