TRAKK Memory Foam Knee Wedge Pillow Reviews

4.1 Rating 912 Reviews
I'll have to be honest and say don't know how this works but it has helped me immensely, before I purchased the knee pillow I could not sleep on either my left or right side. My IT bands would send an excruciating pain down my legs causing me to lose sleep, and experiencing pain walking the next day. Now I'm getting restful sleep, I can lay on either side and pretty much walk normal the next day with out experiencing pain on my IT bands , so its working wonders for me !

I have suffered from lower back pain for many years and recently had a total hip replacement. I could barely stand up straight due to my back and hobbled from the hip surgery even after 8 months. It occurred to me that maybe a pillow between the knees at night might help. WOW, this knee pillow has really changed my life. I'm walking now without pain and standing straight after a short loosening up in the AM. Who knew that all I had to do was sleep with this orthopedic pillow between my knees at night and within a week would no longer need to make an appointment with a spine doctor. Too bad they dont tell you these things at the Dr visits after surgery.

My wife's doctor recommended this pillow to help with her low back pain. It's done the trick! By placing it between your legs, it helps to keep your spine straight while sleeping on your side. It doesn't take up a lot of room in our bed like using a regular pillow did. She just holds it between her knees if she changes positions at night and has no problems loosing it because the pillow's weight is so light and the shape is so perfect. She says the cover launders fine and was easy to put back on because she did this while it was slightly damp. Great product!. As an added bonus, she puts it on her stomach and uses it to hold her iPad while reading before she goes to sleep.

I use to love it. To put between my knees to help with my back. Now my husband has taken it and uses it for his neck and head. He loves it even more then me.

This would be an ideal pillow if what you happen to need happens to coincide with the specific dimensions. If you need an inch less or an inch more than it is less than ideal. i would have preferred a device that allows you to adjust to your specific needs.

Not a fan of this pillow. It is WAY too firm. Was not comfortable and kept my knees in an unnatural position. I'd wake up in the middle of the night and toss the pillow on the floor.Only gave 3 stars because I contacted the company to let them know I wasnt satisfied with it and they gave me a full refund. Told me to just keep the pillow and maybe give it to someone who could use it.Bottom line, if you like super firm pillows, this one is for you. If you prefer soft or one that has a little give to it, I don't recommend this one.

I purchased this item (Knee Pillow) several years ago, Later, after much use (after a year or so), the cover began to have severe pilling and became very uncomfortable. I called ComfiLife to ask about buying a replacement cover, at which time I was informed no replacement cover was available for purchase. However, THEY OFFERED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT PILLOW, NO CHARGE!!! I accepted and received the replacement promptly. I have NOT experienced the severe pilling I experienced previously, even though it appears to be the same type cover. It's been washed regularly and remains comfortable. I normally do not do reviews, my privacy rules, but ComfiLife has earned this one for sure!

I'm a side sleeper. This pillow encourages me to stack one leg on top of the other while sleeping, which avoids the stretch/strain on ligaments and nerves, avoiding the irritation in my hips and ILL that causes chronic lower back pain. I can still drop the upper foot to balance the weight, but the benefit of bringing both hips into line is almost instantly noticeable, especially if you are suffering with lower back stiffness.I sleep much more deeply and wake up far less frequently. I also sweat way less than I used to. That said, the fact that your legs are vertically separated while you are sleeping mean that the occasional drip becomes noticeable and you might *think* you are sweating more, until your subconscious learns to ignore it (and this is WAY less than the night sweats I got in the days when I wasn't sleeping well)Might not work for everyone but if you are anything like i was it's worth giving it a go.
