“It works great for shoulder support if you are a side-sleeper. I just couldn't keep in under my knee but I can hug it with my arms. I hurt my shoulder recently and I started hugging the knee pillow while I was sleeping and it made a huge difference for my shoulder. It is a lot smaller than you would think so if you weigh more than 120 lbs it definitely won't work as a knee pillow. It flattens too much under the weight of my leg.”
“This little knee pillow saved me. Following knee surgery, I was required to wear a knee immobilizer for at least 8-10 weeks. On day 4 following surgery, I developed sciatica joint inflammation. “This pillow separates hips and upper legs so much my ankles and feet didn't feel as if they were getting proper blood flow to them because they tingled. The discomfort in ankles & feet kept me awake. Blood flow seems to stop at the knee. Helped hip pain but caused other problems. I returned it.”
